It is available in 500 SQM for a full plot and 300SQM for half plot
We have both residential and commercial plots.
However, commercial plots come with a minimum purchase of 1,000
SQM.
The land is totally free from government acquisitions, commitments,
Omo-Onile issues and there are no adverse claimants.
The Land is a “Freehold” with a Registered Survey and Deed of
Assignment. Also, we are in the process of obtaining a Certificate of
Occupancy (C of O)
Upon complete payment of the land, you will be issued Receipt of
Payment and Contract of Sale stating that you own a plot of land within
Ibudo, Igbonla, Epe Town, Epe Local Government,
Lagos, but would not be allocated a particular plot, pending payment
for Documentation (Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment).
Yes, the road to Ibudo Estate is very motorable.
Plots shall be allocated after complete payments for Land and the
Documentation fees.
(Please note that allocation is done in batches)
Upon physical allocation, subscribers can commence building
construction immediately they pay the infrastructure/ development fee
and subject to their building design approval from the Local Authorities.
Upon default in installment, the contract automatically extends to the next installment plan. Sub charges will be applicable based on the next instalment plan and same will be communicated to the purchaser.
Non-payment of instalment for more than 3 months consecutively
without a written notice via e-mail to the company shall be considered a fundamental breach of the contract and the company shall make a refund on the total paid value of the land less 30% (25% administration fees and 5% default fees).
YES, you can resell your Plot(s) provided you have paid completely for the Land.
YES, you can request for a refund subject to the refund policy.
