FIPSwap is a unique product designed to enable customers swap Vehicles for properties in any of our estates.
Vehicles become Liabilities over time due to depreciation. FIPSwap has provided the opportunity to turn that liability into assets.

Yes of course. Property Inspection is compulsory and welcomed

FIPSwap is also like cash purchase so you ar free to do with your property what you
choose.

You will be assigned a plot based on the value on your Vehicle raging from 300sqm, 500sqm, 600sqm & 1,000sqm.

If the value of the vehicle is more than the value of the property you are only to pay the value of the property and keep the rest to yourself,. However, in the event that it is less than the value of the property, you can use the vehicle value as an initial deposit and pay balance with cash outright or on installment.

Yes you have the right to do so as long as the value of the vehicle covers it.

After the Pre-assessment and a successful valuation is carried out, our partner vendor makes an offer on the vehicle and once you accept the offer, cash equivalent is transferred either to our account or yours depending on choice.


Once the payment is confirmed property
title is transferred to you.

For a full outright payment you get a Receipt of payment, Contract of Sale, Allocation
letter, Survey and Deed of Assignment while for installment you get a Receipt of payment,
Contract of Sale and an Installment Payment Schedule. Allocation Letter, Survey and Deed of
Assignment will be issued after payment completion.
