ROOTLAND Farms and Resort currently operates two major farm clusters
under an integrated farming model that combines livestock, arable crops, fish
farming, horticulture, and orchards.
The available plantation clusters are:
Rubber and Plantain Intercrop Cluster – which has approximately 320
Rubber Trees and 450 Plantain Trees per acre.
Oil Palm and Plantain Intercrop Cluster – which has approximately 60 Oil
Palm Trees and 450 Plantain Trees per acre.
Once your initial deposit is confirmed, you will receive:
A payment receipt
An offer letter
A contract of sale agreement
The prices are all-inclusive which cover the following:
land preparation
farm labor
farm insurance
survey, and documentation
Once you’ve completed a significant portion (e.g., 50%) of the total price, you
will receive a provisional allocation letter for your chosen farm acre, provided
you keep up with the agreed payment schedule.
After completing full payment, you will receive:
Receipts for all payments made
Full ownership documents (Survey & Allocation Letter)
Access to the Resort benefits and long-term farm management (if opted
in)
No additional mandatory fees. The all-inclusive price already covers all
essentials: land preparation, labor, insurance, survey, and documentation.
Any optional service or resort-related charge will be communicated directly to
investors and only applies when such service is activated
Late payments may attract a default charge or require renegotiation of the
purchase price if the grace period is exceeded.
Yes. Investors can make an initial deposit of ₦500,000 and spread the balance
over 3–6 months, based on their preferred payment plan
